The London Underground Station Roundel was re-engineered by WSA to reduce manufacturing costs by one third and improve reliability and ease of maintenance. The WSA design uses LED technology, a first for LUL when it was developed and prototyped in 2003. This roundel is now used throughout London. The design options included post-mounted, hung, face-fixed and suspended, all in 3 sizes. WSA produced full fabrication drawings.
