Views of the proposed extension to the town hall in Kolobrzeg, on the Baltic coast, northern Poland. The proposals also included the re-landscaping of the town square in front of the council offices. The building doubles the size of the existing facilities as well as proving an open-air cinema. The design of the landscaped square reflects the footprint of the buildings that stood in this location before WWII but were destroyed during the conflict.
